I am graduated in Industrial Engineering and Chemical Engineering at IQS - Chemical Institute of Sarrià, Universidad Ramon Llull. I am also a post graduate in Energy Efficiency and Energy Networks at the UPC - Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in 2009. I was beginning to work in Barcelona Energy Agency in July 2006 as Project Engineer in the Department of Solar Energy. Today I am leading the projects of the Energy Observatory of Barcelona and I was managed and coordinated, among others, the drafting of Climate Change Energy and Air Quality Plan 2011 - 2020 (PECQ). Also I am part of the drafting and coordination team of the Climate Plan of Barcelona 2018-2030. My experience in the Energy Agency involves the development and implementation of energy strategies and policies, the evaluation of the renewable energy resources of the city, as well as the direct involvement in pilot projects for new applications in Renewable Energy to urban level and in the creation and start-up of the public power company, Barcelona Energia
